Biography

Reptile House were an band from , Maryland, active during the 1980s and sometimes assosciated with better known early bands such as Rites of Spring, Dag Nasty and Embrace, as well as fellow Baltimoreans Grey March. They were fronted by Daniel Higgs, who later went on to fame in and circles with his band Lungfish, a records mainstay and Baltimore institution. Drummer London May, who has been quoted as likening Reptile House to 80s San Francisco noise-punk outfit Flipper, also went on to play with ex-Misfits singer Glenn Danzig in the band Samhain. Reptile House’s recorded output consists of an appearance on the 1983 compilation Bouncing Babies, a 1985 7” EP entitled I Stumble As the Crow Flies recorded with Washington, DC punk icon Ian MacKaye, and Listen To The Powersoul, a full-length LP released in 1988.

Hey there, I LOVE this band's one 7, and would love to hear the LP, which I believe is called Listen to the Powersoul. I'm also interested in hearing this similar band called Grey March. Can anyone help me here?
