That's what happens on Last.fm right after every band releases a kickass album..

  • Zerodarkness

That's how it usually is when a popular band releases a new album.

    Why is that stupid Ipokebadgers?

    October 2006
  • Ipokebadgers

It's stupid how most of the Stadium Arcadium songs have more plays than the other albums that have been around for years.

who had already seen the Snow ((hey oh)) musicvideo?? and, why does this song have those 2 '('?? =P

    October 2006
  • rand0mnez

How does listening to RHCP make someone s music taste not diverse? Especially since this is coming from someone who nearly only listens to hip-hop. Only thing saving your charts is the Clash...

    October 2006
  • Mr_Simpson

The opinions of someone with a name like dickflip and Matisyahu as their top artist don't really matter at all here. =/

    October 2006
  • dickflip

chilly willys suck; everyone should get some more diverse muscial taste!

How are RHCP similar to Nirvana? I fail to see any correlation at all... Bullshit.

if anthonys lyrics are ever weak, he makes up for it with catchy vocals.

  • thodges78

I love anthony as lead singer of the peppers but for examples of how John and Flea can work together without him, listen to pretty little ditty from Mother's Milk, or the outro of Sir Psycho Sexy from BSSM

    October 2006
  • theisto

    Riot! The Peppers are great

  • jishdafish

he is the unique voice and face of the band.his vioce is almost there trade mark.although i agree that there sucess likes in the instumental aspects, usually there lyrics are really good. i myself do not like hump de bump, and there other hip hop songs as much.but all of them are very talented, and this is testified in there world-wide success, they are probably the supergroup of our generation

    October 2006
  • Mr_Simpson

They're all talented.. but Flea and Frusciante are probably the most talented since guitar is one of the hardest instruments to master. Is Hump de Bump the only song you've heard?

    October 2006
  • mr_ethanboy

Really? Where do his talents lie? In the ability to rhyme hump with bump? I mean, he's not terrible: I just don't think he comes even close to being as talented as Flea or Frusciante. (actually, Kiedis leaving the Chili Peppers would be kind of like de la Roache leaving Rage Against the Machine, and Audioslave's the worst, man)

the drummer can stay because he looks just like Will Ferell LOL. You still fail though, they wouldn't be the Red Hot Chili Peppers without Anthony. And saying he's a bad singer/lyricist is bull.

    October 2006
  • mr_ethanboy

So here's my theory: the Chili Peppers should kick out Kiedis entirely, and Frusciante should be the front man. He has a surprisingly good voice, and Kiedis is not a particularly good singer/lyricist. I mean, the Chili Peppers' real talent comes with Frusciante and Flea. The drummer can stay because he looks just like Will Ferell, and that's pretty cool, I guess.

brand929, i've got nothing to say, you're fully right, but for me red hot is not mainstream. If they were it wouldn't have been a bad thing!

    October 2006
  • dwnsjane2

I like both bands regardless however

    October 2006
  • dwnsjane2

RHCP and faith No More started around the same time. They didn't rip them off. Why? Because their msuic isn't that simalier really. The whole reason for that feud was because Anthony Keidas has a big ego and think Patton stole his moves or some bs.

    October 2006
  • brand929

You guys make it sound like being mainstream is a bad thing. I'm sure the members of this band are ecstatic that their music is being heard by a much wider audience. And isn't it great that a band like RHCP are popular? When there's so much questionable music out there, it's good that musicians with actual talent are being heard.

    October 2006
  • Larvi

faith no more did it before them, you KNOW it its the truth.

    October 2006
  • Mr_Simpson

Yeah dude, they make their music that way on purpose so they can be mainstream. Yup yup.

    October 2006

Stejier and innocentegg deny the fact that red hot's style is alternative. They say it's more mainstream. mruhn agrees, i don't. That's it :)
