Think some of the problem is that hes singing without energy compared to earliers songs and albums. Just listen to Courage To Grow and compare it to the new album, its a clear difference in singing. His tone is lower and more calm than before. Makes me miss the energy of the earlier releases. It's not a bad album, but its a bit underwhelming. Maybe they'll kick it up a notch next time around... i hope!

I'm not sure how to feel about the new album. I really hope it will grow on me like Peace of Mind did, but I find most of the songs sort of bland after a couple of listens.. maybe with the exception of Hate To Be The One, but that could have a lot to do with Collie Buddz. Have they gotten lazy?

hard to say... i think the production takes away much of the energy. peace of mind took some time to grow on me. found it, for lack of a better term, shallow at first, love it now. might be the same with this one, though it leaves the weakest impression so far. the lyrics are truly uninspired at times. "hate to be the one" and "roots reggae music" are my picks of the litter.

New album is good, but I actually think its my least favorite. Dont know why, but the songs doesnt really get to me the same way as every damn song on Peace Of Mind does. Can't really put my finger on what. Lyrics? Songwriting? Even the "energetic" songs feel energyless in some way. Many good songs though, but still... I'm puzzled. Fade Away is really something though <3
