Don't look so sad, I know it's over
But life goes on and this old world will keep on turning
Let's just be glad, we had some time to spend together
There's no need to watch the bridges that we're burning

Country's answer to Frank Sinatra was Ray Price ... His style crossed over into pop quite well ... Ray's tunes made you stop to listen ... as the story unfolded with conviction, meaning and emotion .... Made you feel as though this guy actually had lived the song he was singing ... I'm certainly glad that I was a radio jock during his heyday so I could enjoy playing his music. Thanks, Ray ... from Sonny Ray!
