Sounds like Pet Shop Boys ripped this song off for "Rent".

Cold War Night Life was one of the best albums of teh 80's, all tracks were great! They still sound so fresh!

I'd forgotten about this track - I used to dance to it in a New Wave Club I used to go to in the 80's. Brilliant to hear it again.

Very cool. Outside of maybe a song each from Trans X and The Payola$, we didn't get much of the Canadian new wave scene in the states...

i remember playing this group on my radio show in university. they got a fair bit of play on toronto's superpopular cfny. i liked the other version of this and i have to say i have never heard this one before now. does anyone know anything about what became of them?

This was such an underrated band... Had several songs that were deserving of radio singles, and their arrangements and sound production were stellar.
