David Wise (often also credited as Dave Wise) is a British video game music composer. He is one of the in-house composers at Rare, and his music appears in most of the Rare-developed titles. He started his career at Rare in 1985 and was the company's sole musician up until 1994. He is known for his atmospheric style of music, mixing natural environmental sounds and setting it to a tune.
Grant Kirkhope (born July 10, 1962) is a British video game music composer and audio director. He was employed by Rare in October 1995 and has written soundtracks for numerous of their games, such as Banjo-Kazooie and Perfect Dark. After nearly 13 years in service for the company, he resigned from Rare on July 18, 2008 and moved to the US.

Mahito Yokota (横田真人) is a Japanese composer of video game music. Yokota is best known for being in charge of the composition for Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat and his collaboration with Koji Kondo for the Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack. He also helped compose the OST for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
