Raketkanon is a band from Ghent (Be) and started as an instrumental rock duo in 2007 with Jef Verbeeck (guitar / vocals) and Pieter Dewilde (drums) / After 2 shows Wolf Vanwymeersch (bass guitar) joined the band / This incarnation of Raketkanon recorded one live album: Official Bootleg n°1 /

The band went on a hiatus from 2008 to 2010 /

The second incarnation of Raketkanon was a foursome with all the original members and the new singer Pieter-Paul Devos / They released recordings of their reheasal on their blog: http://raketkanon.wordpress.com/

In january 2011 bassplayer Wolf quit the band / The next week Lode Vlaeminck joined the band /
