Since the band’s inception to the live scene, Adelaide newcomers, Raider, have built quite the CV for themselves. Spending their life in the studio, working on their debut 5 track sampler, throughout the latter half 2010, the band burst onto the scene alongside US Indie Rockers, As Tall As Lions.

Fast forward just a month, and the band had secured themselves local shows alongside old friends The Mission in Motion, and Tonight Alive, as well as a Club headline spot.

Onward, the band have featured on a sold out In Fiction reunion, Thirsty Merc’s sold out Adelaide show on their “Rock Ya Socks Off Tour”, a spot alongside Trial Kennedy, and a local slot on Indie Electro festival Parklife, in Adelaide.

The band’s live show, and sampler have received some great feedback, also, including the following from Adelaide’s DB Magazine and FasterLouder:

“…Local band Raider took to the stage and looked like seasoned performers and consummate professionals alike. Playing a simple brand of atmospheric indie rock, the four-piece displayed their talent from the get-go. Even more impressive was the fact that this was their first ever live show; I think the majority of the quickly gathering crowd were genuinely shocked considering the band’s high intensity live show and stage presence to that point. The guys mixed it up with a few acoustic sounding numbers in the set list for good measure, proving they are a must-watch for future successes in the industry if they can maintain the same level of commitment they showed this evening.” - FasterLouder
