It's just faceless "grunge," indistinguishable from the post-Nirvana cookie cutter garbage that was as ubiquitous in the early- and mid-90s as auto-tuned and/or poppy hip-hop has been for the past several years. "Creep" is a good song but nothing else does anything to distinguish itself in any way.
I've listened to all Radiohead albums, multiple times, except for Amnesiac. Pablo Honey stands out because of my sheer love for grunge. One of the best alternative rock debut releases during it's time.
