Radio Tarifa

Radio Tarifa’s music straddles the ancient cultural intersection between Spain and North Africa, blending medieval instruments and song structures. At once exotic and accessible, centuries-old and contemporary in its sensibilities, Radio Tarifa is “world music” that definitely feels like it’s from a real place in that world.

I would also like to recommend Amir John Haddad, Radio Tarifa's sitar and guitar player. Great guy and great musicianship! Check his flamenco album Pasando por Tabernas. He has also collaborated with Tomasito and many top flamenco dancers
