‘A Brighter Day’ was the final recording by Rachel before she sadly passed away in February 2012.

Rachel recorded this in one take despite her struggle with leukaemia. Rachel’s soaring spirit and beautiful determination can be heard in the affirmative lyrics and sensual and beautiful vocals of ‘A Brighter Day’ which is available on iTunes from 23rd April 2012.

Listen to any of her tunes, covers or originals and you can hear the soul she imbued and sang with crystal clarity and empathetic feeling.

Rachel began writing songs at the age of 12. Throughout her twenties and thirties she continued to write lyrics and music, play the guitar and record, narrating her inner passions; love stories and observations of life and love and soul.

Rachel was a creative; she constantly created; art; writing, love; life; friendship and music.
