Roberto A. Mendoza since the late 80’s has been one of the main figures in the Tijuana and Mexico's electronic music scene, founding bands like Artefakto, Nortec Collective, Panoptica and lately The Nortec Panoptica Orchestra. But is under his own name where he releases a more instrospective aproach to the music, as featured on his 2005 album debut on Imecamusic and the 2008 release for Static discos label.
R. Mendoza sporadic live performances have included Mutek Mexico and Montreal, Transmediale club Berlin, Netmage Festival Bologne Italy and The spoken word festival in Seville in performance with Mr David J Bauhaus-Love and Rockets.
