Is this about vampires? Actually, most of the album seems to have a vampiric theme going on. Very Anne Rice.

Beautiful song that I've overlooked for so long. The chorus is pulsating. \m/

I hear the screams from long ago...They cry remember, blood-red streaks on velvet throats at night...The streetlights fanned our trail of fame through London!

Listen to the clean guitar part on the verses. It's almost the same as the verses on Eyes Of A Stranger. Kinda like a precursor.

Only thing I can tell, that is seems to be a personal story between Tate and a fan, guess female! What a chorus in this one! So strong, to this day an ABSOLUTE favourite of mine!!!

I too would love to know the story behind the song. It still remains one of my favourite Queensryche songs of all time. Haunting.
