I know everyone and their mother has a raging boner for Songs for the Deaf, and while it is phenomenal, I think this is better, and obviously their best effort.

It took some listens, but it's my favorite QOTSA album now. All the songs flow together nicely and it never bores. It also gets very melodic in parts.
