About This Track

Similar in tone and subject to “Countdown” and “Death II” on “Separations”, but at a faster pace. This song was hugely popular when played live and on radio sessions, but never recorded.

sounds so new and fresh, that it wouldn't sound strange if this would be played on the hit radio stations even nowadays.

@Novemberer I think this song just got lost. It was surprising it was never recorded during the Gift era or even tweaked for His n Hers. I vaguely recall Jarvis in about '95 (or it might have been Candida telling me in an interview I did with her) that Jarvis didn't want to go back to some of the older unfinished stuff as he'd moved on. This song reminds me of "The Night" by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, which they covered in a Black Session. More details at: http://www.pulpwiki.net/Pulp/LiveOn

This is Pulp just before they simmered over onto the mainstream. "There's more things in this world / Than holding hands and kissing girls"
