Ever since the band was formed in 2005, Promise Divine has been through all the ups and downs of being a truly dedicated and hard working band. In 2010, this has resulted in an experienced and more mature 5-piece that has evolved a lot, both music-wise and as a band. With the new selftitled EP coming out, Promise Divine are here to manifest their true identity once and for all, and show that they are now, more than ever, a force to reckon with.

The will to accomplish things on their own has taken Promise Divine all the way from Sweden across the atlantic ocean, several times. After recording their first full length album, Promise Divine went to the US in the summer of 2006 and became one of very few swedish bands to have ever played a couple of shows on the massive Vans Warped Tour.

The positive reception in the US led to the first single “Aeroplane Heading Down” being played on California radio stations, and in 2007 the band flew over again to pull off their own US mini tour around the LA area and San Francisco.

Since then, the band has released a debut full length album, seen a couple of line-up changes, spent time writing new material, and ultimately start writing the new chapter of Promise Divine. The outcome is a fresh new EP, selftitled, and a clear statement of a new beginning.
