Profetas y Frenéticos was a band fronted by chilean guitarist Claudio Narea. It was formed at the beginning of the nineties after Claudio left his former band Los Prisioneros.

With his new band, he released two albums, “Profetas y Frenéticos” in 1991 and “Nuevo Orden” in 1992. Their most known song was ¡Muévete, retuércete! from the first album.

The band split up around 1997 and then Narea started a solo career recording his first solo self-titled album (Claudio Narea, 2000) and later became part of Los Prisioneros’s reunion one year later.
