When it came to recording the first Porcupine Tree album Steven resurrected several old songs, co-written with Alan Duffy, from his teenage band Karma. This was one of them - a soft psychedelic ballad originally performed by Steven in 1982 at the tender age of fourteen. Steven: "It's a very old track - I always felt it was a really nice song. It's one of the Duffy lyrics i wrote the music for and wanted to redo."
