About This Track
“Cry Tough” is the debut single by American glam metal/hard rock band Poison. It came from their debut album, Look What the Cat Dragged In. While the album, peaked at #3 on The Billboard 200, the song did not chart in the U.S. Later singles from that album— “Talk Dirty To Me”, “I Want Action”, “I Won’t Forget You”— did better in the U.S. charts.
“Cry Tough” did, however, reach #97 on the U.K. Singles Chart. It has also become a classic rock radio staple.
