I predict this is the final cut from Poison The Well. And what a whopper! This album bleeds with greatness.

there is a number of records which are good. there is also a small number of records one might judge as perfect. and then there are records which will change your perception on which you will call perfect in the future - to put it simple: records that will raise the mark for every upcoming album. the tropic rot is one of the latter. after 4 years of listening, it still gives me chills and I still find details in each and every song I never noticed before. and this is what makes a perfect record for me: a certain atmosphere (there is hardly any record you I compare it to [I especially love listening to it during summer]) and even after the 101st listen, you will still find something new and unnoticed in the songs. THANK YOU, Poison The Well for this artisan craftsmanship.

Well it's good album, but I'd hoped for a bit more..progression or experimenting or whatever. Sounds pretty much like usual Poison The Well to me.
