Plumerai formed in 2004, and they were immediately signed by Get Nice Records who released their self-titled debut. Several releases later they released the 2011 CD, “Your Guilty Prize”, available as a limited (300) edition CD or digital download. Following the release of the CD, long time vocalist Elizabeth Ezell left for the west coast and shortly after drummer Ben Dicke who replaced Todd Richards in 2009 also departed. The band hired Parisian vocalist Eliza Brown to front the group and went straight to work writing a new set of songs and booking shows. Currently the band is finishing up the songwriting and planning to hit the studios in late summer, followed shortly after with a tour of eastern U.S. A 2 song sampler featuring the tracks “Trip” & “Six Ton Gorilla” was released in May 2011 to showcase the new direction Plumerai was heading.
