You know, we tend to call modern musicians artists, and rightly so because music is an art form. But I have to say that Plumb is a true artist, the kind of which is rare in today's music. And I have come to appreciate her artistry, in both music and lyrics; so much depth! :) She has done pop, rock, electronic dance mixes, is known inside and outside the CCM market, and her lyrics are excellent. Now that is real artistry. She wrote a song that Natalie Grant sings called "Safe". And did you know that she also wrote Mandy Moore's "I Wanna Be With You"? I just recently found that out, and I used to listen to that song a bilion times over! Yeah, Plumb is a great ARTISTA! :)
