Please Inform the Captain This is a Hijack was a fabulous six piece political punk band based in California in the early years of 2000. The most famous member of the band was Mike Kirsch (Bread and Circuits, Colbom, Fuel, Pinhead Gunpowder, Navio Forge etc.) but the band also featured members from bands including Former Members of Alfonsin, Life’s Halt and The Dirts.
During their time as a band they only released one self-titled six track EP (on 12” vinyl), but 2006 sees the release of a “lost” album, ‘Defeat Or Humiliate The United States Of America’ (12” vinyl, 1000 pressed - 200 blue/red, 800 black).
