"The Final Cut" is the title track from Pink Floyd's 1983's album The Final Cut. It has never been performed live. The video depicts Roger Waters (with eyes blacked out, possibly referencing that this man is Pink) singing to a psychologist and utilizes old film footage of 1930s and 40s life intertwined.
