I've heard the original tune he got the sample from, it's traditional Sufi muslim music called, funnily enouugh, Qawwali. Sufis are not your average muslims, they seek a state similar to the buddhist state of enlightenment and aim to become one with God. Try putting qawwali in the tag search and see how much dubstep you don't find...
