I read His Dark Materials as a kid, and the more time that passes the more I appreciate them. This guy really does have an amazing and special understanding of the nature of the universe and a beautiful creative imagination. I wonder how he felt about the movie that was made.... :-/

This has got to be about the best audio production of a book I've ever read. Don't judge the book by the movie!
