Great festival! \m/
I'm definitely going there next year too.
Unfortunately the sound at the Om show wasn't that good, it had been one of the concerts I had been looking most forward to see though. It wasn't as noticeable in the first song, but at the beginning of 'At Giza', where the bass is clean and without distortion, you couldn't hear the bass at all for a noisy bass droning sound from the PA. It got better in the end of the song and for the second song off Conference of the Birds. It was a bit late into the set, but by then the show was really good.
Pharaoh Overlord was awesome, it was great just to vanish into 10 minute long "one-riff" songs. Great sound and they all played very well.
Sun Dial did disappoint me quite a bit, as I think the do excellent on record. But they played very sloppy, and the bass player was plain silly.
The Sword did a good job opening the festival, the show didn't blow your mind but less can do as well. Their new material holds good promise.
