As the youngest of 7 children, Pete was exposed to all kinds of music as a child. His parents were swing babies who loved the likes of Glenn Miller, Count Basie, The Dorseys, Sinatra and Duke Ellington. His six brothers and sisters gave him the influences of R&R like The Beatles, The Stones, The Who, Cat Stevens, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Neil Young, and many others.

After studying his teenage years with ex Peter Frampton Alumni, Ed Monteleone, Pete went on to study at G.I.T., eventually graduating with honors. Through his studies Pete was able to create a well developed fingerpicking style and deep understanding of the roots musics.
Working mostly in the trio format for over 15 years, on over 3500 live dates, Pete is able to communicate his roots, yet convey a style all his own. Pete is equally comfortable as a solo acoustic performer, tight unit rocker or big ensemble player.
Pete has a huge appreciation for all styles of music, from Hank to Hendrix, Duke to Dylan, Bach to Buck, Son House to Son Volt or Muddy to Miles. Steeped in electric blues from T-Bone through Stevie Ray, with a good understanding of early country blues as well, Pete has a deep well to draw from. A big fan of early country music w/a healthy dose of Bakersfield, Outlaw and Alternative Country to thicken the roux.
Pete and The Wallbangers have been featured on; WPDH, Pete solo on WDST’s “Blues Break”, WVKR, and The Listening Room and w/the Wildcards on WPKN’s “Antique Blues”.
