Good to see that this is still getting some listens. This was part of an excellent LP Sellers did in the 1950s (was it "Songs for Swinging Sellers"?), which also contained Balham Gateway to the South, The Critics, Suddenly it's Folk Song and the Trumpet Volunteer. They are all very clever. His voices are superb, and the ideas in them are genuinely fresh. I'm not sure who did the writing for him ..... but it was quality. Sellers, post-Goons, but before his film career took off.
