Pete Rodriguez was a 60's Boogaloo artist, known as "El Rey Del Boogaloo" (They Boogaloo King). He is often confused with salsa artist Pete "El Conde" Rodriguez. It was "Boogaloo" Rodriguez whose hit "I Like It Like That" came to wider recognition when used as promo music in Odeon cinemas. This song is also often attributed to "El Conde".

dag, i deleted all my scrobbles from "el Conde" thinking they had been mistagged only to find out that once again its ftw with this duplication of two completely different artists who don't even share the same artist name when it comes down to it. Pete Rodriguez, and Pete "el Conde" Rodriguez...two equally brilliant and equally DIFFERENT artists. SABOR
