    In answer to the questions about where this track comes from, it's originally from the American singer-songwriter Victoria Williams, and was covered by Pearl Jam for the album "Sweet Relief" where various acts covered her songs in order to pay her medical bills following Vic's diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.
