About this album

Epic 15 tracks (62:51)
Vitalogy is the third studio album by the American alternative rock band Pearl Jam, released on November 22, 1994 through Epic Records. Pearl Jam wrote and recorded while touring behind its previous album Vs. (1993). The music on the record was more diverse than previous releases, and consists of aggressive rock songs, ballads, and several experimental tracks.

Vitalogy was packaged in a booklet that replicated material from a 1920s medical book.[8] The album was first released on vinyl record, followed by a release in other formats two weeks later on December 6, 1994. Upon its CD release, Vitalogy became the second-fastest-selling album in history, behind only Vs. The album has been certified five times platinum by the RIAA in the United States.

Recenzja Klasyka! Temple Of The Dog – album debiut, specyficzny tribute, swoiste epitafium dla zmarłego przyjaciela muzyków z Soundgarden i Pearl Jam - Andrew Wooda.

I did quite enjoy Riot Act, that was the tour that I finally saw them live on. Did the back to back shows in West Palm Beach and Tampa. Had I known they were stopping over in Orlando between shows I would have made every attempt to get there.

This is definitely my all time favorite PJ album. Don't get me wrong Ten is definitive, VS is escalation, Vitalogy is the end of the beginning, No Code is the other side if PJ, Yield is the best road trip album of all time, Binaural is probably the weakest album to date, only because they were working a new dynamic with Matt joining full time. Finding their new groove, if you will. Self titled is what it is, PJ making music for themselves and that trend has continued to this day. We will see if anything changes with the new album.
