  • ¿Que paso con la música?

    9 Oct 2007, 15:48 by arielfruc

my lovely new friend chelz in perth [which, despite being also in australia, is further away from melbourne than a number of asian countries, laugh] has not only been upskilling me musically [e.g. now includes Horny Toad ], but is a total music-whore in the best sense of the phrase - busting her arse to promote the music and bands she loves, so i expect you all to give it up for the following:

myspace [yes, you probably all know my opinion on myspace, if you don't i'll be happy to lay it on you]:

    Bandanos
    Cristiano Maffra

pictures - well, we ALL like to watch, don't we?

    Bandanos is BACK

and: get some FUNKOLA into ya!

    Funkola Press Release

    FUNKOLA!

of course, it will help when SOMEONE [i.e. chelz] convinces them to upload some stuff to last fm so peeps can sample their delights...

  • Song of the day

    23 May 2007, 08:20 by Didohotep

It's something like a diary of which song you have listened to or liked every single day. A song may be your favourite one for a whole week, or for just a day, corresponding to how you feel or similar. It is also possible that you haven't listened to it on your PC, but had it all day on your mind, having heard it just once (in the morning, for instance) and it stuck in your mind!

My song for the 18th September is :

    Joga

My song for the 19th September is :

    Neon

My song for the 20th September :

    Stake Of My Soul

My song for the 21st September :

Put Your Hands Up 4 Detroit

My song for the 22nd September :

    No More Drama

My song for the 23rd September :

    Where Is the Line

My song for the 24th September :

    Rocket in the Sky

My song for the 25th September :

    Goodbye Milky Way

My song for the 26th September :

    Amazing

My song for the 27th September :

    Let It Will Be

My song for the 28th September :

    Promiscuous

    guess the songs.

    1. When i'm gone i get so nervous for my heart that it won't work hard enough.
    End Of The Background Noise

    2. Standing on the edge, casting lots to set me up before you knock me down, off the summer's edge and drown me.

    3. You tell me I'm not not cute. Its truth or falsity is moot, Cause honesty's not your strong suit.
    I Don't Believe You

    4. This feels like another dream. Trapped underneath my own routines.
    Paralyzed

    5. lungs breaking so cave in dont forget these words spoken in sequence wont be our last plain wrapped brown package, placed in our arms, tied up.
    Last Transmission

    6. somewhere in the asshole of my eye, there's a muscle which relaxes when you cry.

    7. I’m selfish as selfish as comes.
Teasing to Please (Left Side, Strong Side)

    8. No more airplanes, or speed trains, or freeways, there'd be no distance that could hold us back.
    The New Year

    9. You're skin and bones, I'm a nervous wreck.
  • That's the only way we make the morning erupt.

Ohh, you know I simply had to to make a journal entry about Peaches.

    Appreciate this woman!
    Listen to this woman!

    Enjoy this woman.

Because I certainly love this woman. She is my absolute favorite musician ever and her work needs to be appreciated!

Key tracks: Tombstone, Operate, Hot Rod, I'm the Kinda, Kick It, et cetera.

    bye darlings!
