Evan Rhodes can be described by one word: Pioneering. Coming from a musical background in the northern suburbs of Detroit, he picked up a guitar at an early age. From there he learned the keys, and soon after, discovered the art of DJing. What sets him apart from the pack is the way he incorporates all these things together to give him his unique and signature sound.
Sometime during March of 2008 the audio signal of a UFO craft named Silverghost was recorded in Detroit, Michigan. Inspiration and curiosity were blooming throughout the city soon after initial contact.

The Recital have been making music in and around Detroit for over five years. In that time, they've played with tons of bands and self-released a bunch of music. Their debut full length has finally been released by Suburban Sprawl Music.
What started out as a group of teenagers making rhymes over handmade beats at the lunch table in 2005, gave birth to one of the most highly anticipated electro-rock-rap groups more familiarly known as Detroit CYDI (Detroit, Can You Dig It?!). It derived itself from a super-group of friends and schoolmates known as The Illiance that was created over a decade ago.
