Parveen Sultana (b. 1950) is a Assamese Hindustani classical singer of the Patiala Gharana.

Begum Parween Sultana was influenced early on in Iife by her father late Janab Ihramul Majid, a popular musician trained under Gul Mohammed Khan and Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan, and by her Grandfather Janab Mohammed Najeef Khan, a talented Rabab Player.   • she's got one of those divine voices. I got to see her in concert when I was little. I had very little idea of what I was listening to at the time, but even then I knew it was something out of this world. IMO, she hasn't had the fame or name she truly deserves.
