Biography

Austin’s Parson takes his own spin on things- I remember the first time I heard Throw Some D’s, it made me think demented mutant tar babies were crawling out of the swamp-hood to stomp with me, bearing street-lamp reflecting, rhinestone-encrusted grills .

His productions reflect the eclecticism of the city’s musically diverse atmosphere- ranging from straight-up gangsta riddims all the way to the folk-inspired Empty Houses (Dubline) which pierces straight into the soul, and is still one of my favorite tunes to date.
