Once upon a time, Loki and Suriel were part of Reliquary
. They were a band of three (if you count Azrael), but felt like an additional human would expand their horizons somewhat. Accordingly, on a night that was destined to lead to so much more, Loki accosted several people in a club, trying to find someone who knew someone who knew anyone who might want to sing for them.
While that didn’t pan out immediately, they did meet Dianey, who eventually led them to Sage.
Several months later, Sage found himself sitting in Loki and Suriel’s living room-cum-studio, playing a 12-string acoustic and, evidently, lighting a creative fire in Loki, who started immediately creating guitar, drum and basslines for Sage’s song, Sleeping Beauty.
. . . . . .
Once upon a time, Sage was singing with Methuselah’s Child, a local Phoenix band that enjoyed no small following in the local scene. But all was not well within Methuselah’s Child, and eventual creative differences led Sage to disband the band and strike out for different horizons.
While he found no such horizons immediately, he did meet Dianey, who eventually led him to Loki and Suriel.
You see how these things happen?
They are all much in Dianey’s debt and would like to say thanks!
