Im writin' the future, Im writin' it out loud
We don't talk about the past
We don't talk about the past, now
So Im writin' the future, I'm leavin' a key, here

I love this one. It has a beautiful live rehearsal room feel, and the second half is all amazing jam with post-rock influences. Immediately mine, repeatedly on repeat! I would be extremely pleased if they would be able to incorporate more of this kind of feel and sound into their next album. This way of "reinventing" and "growning up" of Paramore is really nice.

The end is just Failure. And that is fucking good. [2] these kids apparently love Failure! the Fantastic Planet album in particular. if you like the rockout in this track, definitely scope that album [2]

Second part of the song sounds like Mogwai ;) So... well I like it.

I also heard the iPhone ding at 1.04. The whole first half of the track sounds like it was impromptu amateurly recorded, like you can hear everything echoing in the room. The latter half of this song's intense dissonance and heavy distortion grabbed ahold of me and never let go. I haven't heard something like this since Primordial "Bloodied Yet Unbowed", Bush "Warm Machine", Bush "Cold Contaigious", and Foo Fighters "Exhausted" (which was an album closer). If you like this song's second half, check out all 4 of those songs and then message me what you think :)
