Biography

Pale Sunday is a Brazilian indie pop band. They’re from Jardinopólis (15 km far from Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo). The band was originally formed by Luiz Gustavo (bass, vocals), Sineval Almeida (guitar) and Fabrício Cantoni (guitar, producer).

They have two releases on Matinée Records, an EP from april 2003 called “A Weekend With Jane” (matinée049) and a full album from april 2005 called “Summertime” (matcd037). Pale Sunday also have songs on two Matinée compilations, “Matinée 50!” (matinée50) and they also play a cover of The Smiths on the album “Romantic and Square is Hippy and Aware” (matcd030).
