Pale Seas are a Southampton four piece with the ability to craft stunningly beautiful folk pop songs.
The band, led by singer Jacob Scott, have recently recorded with producer/engineer combo Jimmy Robertson and Demian Castellanos (Anna Calvi, Big Pink, Florence & The Machine, Exlovers).
Reminiscent of Beach House and Elliott Smith, the bands intimate and nocturnal sound is potent enough to melt even the iciest of hearts. ‘Something or Nothing’ is a bittersweet track which exemplifies Pale Seas’ ability to entwine elegant harmonies with lyrical content way beyond the bands years.
Like a night by the fire whilst it rains outside, there’s a richness and subtle grandeur to their sound, a certain sparkle and charm which grows with multiple listens.
