Has there ever been a rock musician with a superior vocal range to Daniel Gildenlow? The first time I heard this, I was so awed by the first chorus where they just shred the first chord. I'm not usually a fan of shredding but that was just awesome.

Hell yeah, it's better than wainwright, buckley and even cohen. And hey, message to anyone who will sing this cover in future: your version won't be better ;)

I discovered this song on On The Two Deaths Of... it is simply incredible: the instruments, the vocals, the singing concert crowd... it gives me goose bumps, and on the last chorus it puts me into ecstasy, especially when Daniel goes even higher after you really thought he wouldn't... and it's LIVE! Now, this is how this song should be played.

That bootleg right up there sounds terrible, but the Second Death version is pretty darn crisp.

I'm surprised at how well this turned out. The chorus sounds great, and when the audience sings in at the end, it's amazing.
