Pailhead is a collaboration between Ian MacKaye (Minor Threat, Teen Idles, Fugazi, Embrace, etc.) and Ministry. The combo debuted in 1987 with the “I Will Refuse”/”No Bunny” 7”, and followed that with the Trait EP in 1988. (The Trait CD included both releases.) The music is fairly typical of Ministry circa The Land of Rape and Honey, over which MacKaye shouts his politically-inclined lyrics.

And I don't think Connelly wrote the lyrics for what became I Will Refuse. The early version of that track was later released as Stick on the compilation "Initials C.C." and the only thing similar to the final track is the music. And finally, why the fuck agoth is posting lines from Red Dwarf is beyond me.
