Out of Ether
Out of Ether has a unique perspective on music and on life. The name Out of Ether literally means out of nowhere. The trio was formed with the intention of creating meaningful music and finding ways to help others. Their soulful and emotive Indie-Rock songs have something everyone can relate to.
In 2009 Out of Ether was invited to the Academy of Country Music Awards.
Their song, “Daddy Don’t Let Go,” was featured as part of the “Life in the Years”
project alongside songs by Natalie Merchant and Carly Simon.
What about the name?
People are always asking- What does Out of Ether mean?
1. To come from the fifth and highest element after air and earth and fire and water; was believed to be the substance composing all heavenly bodies
2. To come from a medium that was once supposed to fill all space and to support the propagation of electromagnetic waves
3. To no longer be under anesthetic, to regain consciousness and clarity.
4. To appear out of thin air; out of nowhere.
5. To feel again.
