    so richtig freejazzmäßig finde ich den Titel eigentlich nicht, eher mingusmäßig, aber noch moderner. Theoretiker schreiben über Coleman ja, dass er der Erfinder der Harmolokik gewesen sein. Scheisstheoretiker. Der Mann hat jedenfalls ein wahnsinniges Bluesfeeling, was ja vielen Pseudofreejazzern abgeht. Die Stelle, die gerade höre, finde ich sogar ziemlich traditionell, durchgehender Baß, klare melodische Linien. Nein, das ist wirklich kein Freejazz, das ist bombenstarker Modern-Jazz. Man muss sich natürlich erst mal hineinhören, um die vorhandenen Strukturen zu erkennen. WHReeds
