This is my first OmD album and I find it quite nice. The vinyl is okay even though it has some light scratches..

I had the blue cover. This is truly one of the seminal albums of the early 80s, if not the entire 80s. It was sad they had to go 'commercial' after Dazzle Ships...

@eyesaresmiles - So true...oh, man, The New Stone Age is one helluva opener.

It's a shame people forget OMD were not always so cheesy. This is a classic, and, to any first timers, it sounds nothing like Locomotion or Forever Live and Die, or whatever.

I had one with a green cover and I sold it, bloody hell, what an idiot!

Two subjects I'm sure we could discuss all night. Indeed, the lines are open if you want to call, make a comment on either architecture or morality, two equally hot but differently shaped potatoes. Chips, and… crinkle-cut chips.

"souvenir" is such a great song. i only wish pop songs now would sound more like it. [2]

I can't believe that there is so less listeners of Maid of Orleans..Remember,this was a real sensational top-hit in Germany..39 weeks in Top 50,out of this 24 weeks in Top10!! Even Mike Oldfields Moonlightshadow could not hit that with 31/14 weeks.. So,where are the germsan listeners??We all bought this album:-)

Great music! First heard it when I was about 16. Still got the tape in the loft somewhere, remember that format?

Who had the orangey cover, and who had the pastel blue one? I went for the blue one, if I remember rightly. Good to revisit this again.
