Oppenheimer was an indie pop electronica band from Belfast, Northern Ireland formed in 2004. The band is made up of musicians Shaun Robinson and Rocky O'Reilly, both of whom were once members of the now disbanded Belfast group, Torgas Valley Reds.   • Devastated they're splitting up :( But looking forward to Rocky's future stuff, they are both incredibly talented musicians and really showed lazy Northern Irish bands that global superstardom wasn't really light years away, it just required hard work and that is exactly what they did. The success they got was totally earned and they produced two brilliant albums, the debut especially is one of my favourites. All the best to them
