Za Siódmą Górą ("Over The Seventh Mountain") is a Polish experimental music project, masterminded by Wojcek Czern, founder of Obuh Records. ZSG's music ranges from avant-garde, ambient to more traditional, neo-folk oriented songs. Its most well-known release is "Muzyka jakiej świat nie widzi", which draws comparisons to Coil, Current 93 and Column One.
mirt is the leader of the great polish ensemble, one inch of shadow. his solo recordings have a more organic side to them. they bring to mind memories of moss and ivy climbing up the side of an old stone bridge; images of warsaw in autumn. in all of this, though, is a distinct mechanical underbelly that reminds us that we are, in fact, in the city.
