I basically rediscovered this one since I've listened to it months ago, and I love how cohesive it is :3

After they disbanded I have been continuously listening to all of their albums and now I really don't know how to rank them, it used to be really easy...but I'm impressed that they made a record such as this!...damn.

"WTF, Sleeping Dogs And Dead Lions is the shit D:" I like it because it contrasts so much with the ending of An Old Friend of the Christy's. Anyway, this is such an incredible album and, for sure, one of the bests of 2007.

At first I thought Effloresce was easily their best, but now I'm realizing I was wrong. Took me a long time to really get into, but now it's one of my favorites of all time. This album defies adjectives.

I believe this to be their best. Never have i heard a collection of songs that flows so naturally, beautiful textures, creative rhythms, strong melodies... overall one of my favorite albums.

robslater90.. this is far and above the most challenging Ocenaisze album to get into, but also the one that's the most worth it. I started with the first two, it probably helps to "follow the timeline" a little bit in their case. This probably is the best album they've released in my opnion... and that's saying a LOT because the first two are also phenomenal.

I got this album today. On first listen i see myself finding it hard to get into... Just got into the band myself, through recommendation of others.

this is a really great album... and it's in my top of 2007, but it isn't even closer to be "one of the best album ever" as many of you have said...

In my book, the greatest album of all time. Nothing compares. Makes pretty much everything else seem a bit shallow and insignificant. Or in other words; It's reight bastard good.

Not at all. It contained some good tracks, but never reaches the dynamic power of the older stuff, which I love so much.

very good album, not as good as Effloresce and EIP but still very good. Lots of varied influences. Bitta Meshuggah on "Sleeping Dogs And Dead Lions" was very surprising.
