Someone should remove that description that states this is an incorrect tag and put actual information about how this tribute came to be and the lineups for each songs, would be a lot more usefull than that. There's no actual "bands" playing here, just different lineups of prominent musicians playing on each of these songs, there's no other possible way this could be tagged/scrobbled, the person who put that notice on the description either didn't hear the album or has shit in his/her head.

Numbers from the Beast is a tribute album to Iron Maiden that was released in 2005. It celebrated the band's 25th anniversary of the release of their debut album. The songs are performed by some of the leading names in heavy metal. The album is produced by Bob Kulick and Brett Chassen. The cover-art was made by Derek Riggs, creator of Maiden's mascot Eddie. Track three features former Iron Maiden lead vocalist Paul Di'Anno, who sang on the original version of the song. It used the "All-Star" Formation after the release of Roadrunner Records's "Roadrunner United", with the same premise. Should be the bio, if roadrunner United can be an artist, so can this.

Jeff Scott Soto absolutely kills Aces High. Lot of really good covers, but that one along with Flight of Icarus are fantastic. Also love Paul Di'Anno singing Wrathchild.

Nice covers, especially Flight Of Icarus, Fear Of The Dark , Wasted Years. But The trooper with Lemmi is terrible
