i remember when i got this EP: it was about 10yrs ago and i was ordering 'closer to god' along with the fixed shirt online. so a few weeks later, my package comes in the mail and to my surprise inside the box is 'further' not 'closer'. i'm stood there going "huh...did not order this...but nin's nin." and played it. it was absolutely amazing then and it's still absolutely amazing now.

This album is way better than I was expecting. The first of their remix albums I listened to was the Year Zero one, which was up and down in terms of quality and didn't work as a cohesive album. This seems to though, and all of the remixes seem to actually be good reimaginings rather than just trying to take it and make it sound different for the sake of it.

According to my CD and NINwiki, track 8 should be "Eraser (Polite)", instead of "Ruiner" (which is not on the album at all).

Such a great album, it has straightforward remixes and songs that completely drift away from their subject songs to become something different and equally great. If I were a professional reviewer, this would get a 10, or at least a strong 9.
